Jill Fowler reminiscing about her early days of working with non-profits as she visits the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center in Bay Village. She grew up in Westlake and attended Magnificat High School in Rocky River. Fowler’s educational background is extensive, with an undergraduate degree in business, then an MBA in organizational development and leadership, and a Master’s degree in nonprofit organizations, both from Case Western Reserve University.

Fowler decided it was time to contribute more directly to the community. “I often saw volunteers experiencing burnout and leaving out of frustration. It was time to pursue my own vision. I love working with smaller nonprofits and noticed that while the leadership had great passion, they often needed development. That’s where I can help, combining my expertise in business to help them be truly strategic.
