We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in financial services and financial services products. This role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years of experience in analyzing complex business processes, defining problem statements, and delivering practical solutions to meet business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead workshops, interviews, and collaboration sessions to foster stakeholder engagement and build consensus around the project goals. Agile Delivery & Sprint Management: Lead and participate in iterative planning, ensuring alignment with the team backlog. Manage the requirements lifecycle throughout each sprint.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements, leveraging minimum viable product and continuous deployment methodologies.
