After five historic ‘710 homes’ went on the market last week in South Pasadena, officials said more are in the pipeline across L.A., South Pasadena and Pasadena.

With South Pasadena Mayor Pro Tem Jack Donavan, Mayor Evelyn Zneimer thanks Assemblymember Mike Fong and State Senator Anthony Portantino on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024 outside a former historic Caltrans-owned home on Fairview Avenue in South Pasadena which the city is selling for over $1 million. The city has put the first five of over 60 Caltrans properties in their city up for sale.

After five historic '710 homes' went on the market last week in South Pasadena, officials said more are in the pipeline across L.A., South Pasadena and Pasadena.
