– The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Region 13 has recorded 107 complaints against FRX Rice Trading in what has been dubbed as the “Forex” investment scam in Caraga region.
Most of the complainants came from Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Sur, Butuan City and Kidapawan City. “It’s high time to put an end of this investment scam and I want every victim to come and file their official complaint,” stressed the region’s police chief.
