FCA and PSA Group have confirmed a merger to create a mega car firm. Deal would create a business with a combined market value of $50bn . Merger would bring under one roof Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroen, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Peugeot, Opel and Vauxhall.
