When are people going to realise that it may not have any physical emissions but they are still being charged by electric producing power stations which are mainly coal, gas and nuclear. Yes this probably way has a higher efficiency but it still burns fossil fuels!!

Electric cars produce more carbon at the power station than a petrol car does at the exhaust pipe! This is more fake science by the same people that said that diesel was better for the environment! globalwarmingbullshit FakeNews

Good. Why should we subsidise them.

I would hazard a guess that the SMMT are more interested in HMG subsidising their members rather than letting 'the market' determine the correct price.....its the same with house builders HMG subsidises that too....

Brexit even in the best case scenario leaves the treasury empty, they can't afford it! Say good bye to easy life, because the only question is, how hard it will became.

Just like company car tax rates for electric and hybrid vehicles they keep going up! The government says they want us all using cleaner vehicles but removes or reduces insensitive 🤔

3-D TV anyone....? 🙄

Tesla Car

Everything will be hybrid in a couple of years, full electric just isn’t possible without major power infrastructure upgrades. Unless every home installs a micro-combined heat and power unit..

It's understandable PHEV's being cut, but BEV's should have an increased incentive. Especially since the IPCC report.
