Stocks in the Asia-Pacific region mostly rose Wednesday, Nov. 1, with the Japanese market showing a second day of increases and shares in Hong Kong declining for the second session.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index Hang Seng Index dropped 0.1% to 17,101.78, while Japan's Nikkei 225 Index NIKKEI 225 Index gained 2.4% to 31,601.65.
