The former Bosleys unit in Watford has gone on the market after Barrio closed there within nine months of opening.
When Barrio owner Nightcap closed the business down on The Parade in June last year, it said that the move was only “for the summer”.A listing for the property, through estate agent AG&G, is inviting offers for a lease until September 2042 but does not give a set rent required.A brochure describes the property as being within a “high footfall town centre location in the heart of the leisure circuit” and as a “sizeable” property “recently renovated to a high specification”.
