Many real estate agents are using underpricing as a strategy to incite bidding wars and drive up prices in the market.

Over the past couple of months, pent-up demand is now materializing into serious buyers and sellers. Many of these listings are arguably (and purposefully) underpriced as a tactic to incite a bidding war.
