A £11.1 million investment into the construction of more than 40 flats in Partick has been announced.
The development will contribute positively to the local housing market, offering modern amenities and green technology including solar panels and waste-water heat recovery systems.Aimed at achieving EPC A ratings, the project aligns with Blackfinch’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
