The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, who hosted a gathering to celebrate the outgoing World Bank Country Director emphasised Nigeria’s readiness for international partnerships.
He urged the international community to explore these opportunities, stating: “Our country offers a favourable business environment, investment incentives, and a dynamic market waiting to be tapped.” He applauded the outgoing World Bank Country Director for his support and recognition of Nigeria’s efforts, and aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership in providing good governance.
He expressed the World Bank’s readiness for further collaborations and partnerships for Nigeria’s growth.
