Canada shouldn’t lose sight of the economic contributions of its natural resources sector during the green energy transition, especially if curtailing oil and natural gas exports too soon results in other countries getting these fuels from other places with less-stringent environmental regulations, according to experts from the Macdonald-Laurier Institute .
