“Children have lost out on last year, now they have lost out eight months again. So what happened is we have highlighted with the SA Human Rights Commission initially. They engaged with the Gauteng and they were supposed to place children at schools. Equal Education has actually come on board to take this case on. Unless the Department of Education comes and tells us what the status is, we are going to go the legal route,” Chinnah explains.
