Rep. Juandalynn Givan, a Democratic lawmaker from Birmingham who has been outspoken about the need to respond to gun violence, said today she is introducing a bill to ban bump stocks in Birmingham.
“At least 100 shots were fired in Five Points,” Givan said in a news release. “That’s not a crime scene, that’s a war zone.
