Nigerian National Petroleum Company Clarifies Price Template for Port Harcourt Refinery

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company has clarified that it is yet to unveil a price template for Port Harcourt Refinery's petroleum products. This comes as petroleum marketers vowed to boycott the revived Port Harcourt refinery if the price of its petroleum products is not cheaper than that of Dangote refinery or imported ones.
