TORONTO — Arup, a global sustainable development consultancy, has announced Thomas Rapley as its new water business leader in Canada.
Based in Toronto, Rapley will oversee and lead significant water commissions, grow and nurture client relationships and deliver projects across advisory, consultancy and engineering service offerings, a release states. He has more than two decades of municipal infrastructure design and construction experience in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. He has spent the last 18 years of his career involved in a wide range of water-related planning, strategy, design and construction projects in Ontario and across Canada.“I look forward to growing Arup’s water business in Canada and being a hands-on contributor across the various stages of our projects,” said Rapley in a statement.
