Business Process Architect - IT-Online

As a Senior / Business Process Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming business operations. You will be an expert in IT Service Management and ServiceNow, providing valuable guidance and driving successful implementations. Your passion for process improvement and your innovative thinking will help unlock the full potential of IT solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

7-9 years or 5-7 years of consulting experience within complex, global organizations, with the ability to influence and consult in an ITIL/ITSM services environment 4+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and refinementProficiency in process modeling and analysis tools Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and tools such as ServiceNow SPM or MS Project is advantageous

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering is a plusFamiliarity with Scaled Agile Framework Familiarity with best practice frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 20000, and COBIT
