PETALING JAYA: Pasaran saham dijangka didagangkan dalam mod berhati-hati pada tahun ini, setelah mengakhiri 2024 dengan prestasi tawaran awam permulaan terbaik dalam hampir dua dekad, mengatasi semua bursa ASEAN yang lain.
“Sebaiknya, dana pembiayaan yang diraih perlu mempunyai pelbagai sumber seperti sumber dana dalaman, pinjaman dari pihak bank terbitan sukuk atau bon dan terbitan saham IPO yang mana ia dapat mengoptimumkan struktur modal syarikat. Justeru, Mohd. Afzanizam berkata, syarikat yang telah matang sudah pasti akan membuat pertimbangan utk menyenaraikan syarikat mereka di Bursa Malaysia.
“Selain itu, berkemungkinan juga ada penganalisis ekuiti yang akan membuat liputan penyelidikan terhadap syarikat yang baharu disenaraikan yang sekaligus akan menaikkan profil syarikat tersebut,” katanya.
