I do “self care” every month!! Monthly manicures(my own nails!),some1 else does them, pedicures & haircut every 2mos., the same & was getting monthly massages until my gal relocated & haven’t found any1 else yet! Also c my Chiro monthly 4 maintenance! Have a Blessed Day🙏
