Not smart given our weakly regulated investment markets already create easy access to foreign investors. Chinese gov is well versed in using NYSE & venture capital firms to gain monopolies here. Speed in corporations lead to bankrupcy & acquisition. Not good for US government.

It's absolutely comical how long the DoJ takes to complete its reviews - nothing will change
