Yep, I’m a systems administrator. I have said for years, a requirement for a complex password means I will write it down and tape it to my computer, and generally my password has a number at the end I increment if frequent changes are required.

lol post it notes! I used to know somebody that sticks it on their desk. You need to get a passwrd manager phone app that does all that including auto-generating new passwords, storing.
