JOHOR BARU: The government should help the construction industry which has been severely impacted with huge losses since the movement control order took effect, says Datuk Seri Mohammed Khaled Nordin .
"The impact of this pandemic has severely undermined their ability to fulfil contractual obligations. "In fact, this Bill does not just apply to construction companies under contract, but is much more far reaching. Khaled also lauded and welcomed the government’s effort to safeguard the people’s livelihood and protect small businesses during one of the most troubling times in our nation’s history.
