Parson said it wasn't the "government's place" to decide wither citizens needed to wear masks and that he chose not to. In photos shared to Twitter, Parson was one of just a few people seen without a face mask, not too dissimilar from recent photos of Vice President Mike Pence at the Mayo Clinic.
