Sometimes we use work to fill that void." "Without those boundaries, without those routines, without the ability to leave your home or house, workdays extend and blend together," Forsgren said.

"Company leaders should instill these norms and communicate with their teams, especially right now when these times are uncertain," Forsgren said.
