As usual it’s an announcement of maybe, sorta, or might happen. Just to boost stocks. But somehow never materializes. After years with this Administration it just never happens. But it makes $$ for investing but not for farmers or businesses...

U.S. is the only country in the world that is just a small island. Its entire economy is built on its own.
