E-commerce platform Moteefe just raised $11 million in a funding round backed by Business Growth Fund

Ecommerce platform Moteefe just raised $11 in a fundraising round backed by BGF.

Mathijs Eefting, CEO and cofounder of Moteefe, told Business Insider: "The pandemic has forced many of them to think about new ways in which they can access their customers." Moteefe, the London-based e-commerce platform that helps traditional retailers move online, just raised $11 million in a funding round backed by the Business Growth Fund , the UK's most active investor in small and medium-sized companies.

"We always knew we could present our solution to the market due to our on-demand platform, but COVID meant that it came sooner than expected," Eefting told Business Insider in an interview. "We grew 150% in the first half of the year while other retailers have struggled with their legacy supply chains."
