But rather, 'Do I have enough self awareness to check in with what part of me is showing up right now?'" Su said.Everyone has all been leader B at one point because leader A is simply not sustainable all the time, Su said.
"I do think it's recognizing that slippery slope," she said. "We can all get into that B mode and have those moments. My intention with leader A and leader B was to have it be a heuristic, an easy way to check-in with yourself." that leaders should follow to spend more time being leader A and achieve professional and personal success.
"Think who are the people that you can rely on your team," the career coach added. "I think right now, this whole idea of how you can lead and manage and collaborate virtually, it is a really important thing to look at."
