Sushi + pizza. It's a combo you hardly hear of, but this local start-up business isn't scared to try. Merging two favorites into one flavorful mash-up is 1621 Sushi Pizza, where pizza crust meets sushi rice and Japanese ingredients!

Hailed as the kid-friendly, best-seller, their Seafood Aburi flavor is loaded with several elements that all work cohesively in the end . The tuna and salmon are also mixed in with bits of kani , gari , tobiko , cucumber bits, spring onion, and nori, which each add its own crunch and freshness to the creamy mixture, lessening any possible1621 Sushi Pizza also has a classic Tuna flavor , made with almost the same elements, only just with tuna belly, and sriracha mayo instead. There are also tempura flakes on top for an added crunch.
