Questioned. Hardly rubbished. But regardless, non-tariff barriers cannot be ignored. These could undermine just in time manufacturing using imported components, making the UK a less attractive place to build vehicles.

It's amusing that they threaten that to the 4th largest importer of BMW cars in the world. Please continue, Mr Barnier.
