Unlike the thousands who worked there like my Mom this schmuck will be just fine : he was milking the real estate all along and ran the retail face into the ground; turning off potential online buyers as well

It must be nice to have a decision to make. That's more than the thousands of employees of Sears have.

Should never be allowed to step down the board should make him stay and sort out his mess and protect the employees
