Called the 'sky mansion, an 8,229-square-foot apartment is the latest big-ticket sale at Ian Bruce Eichner’s Continuum condo towers in Miami Beach

Called the “sky mansion,” the 8,229-square-foot unit, located in the south tower of the project, consumes half a floor. The six-bedroom unit has panoramic views of the ocean, a movie theater, an office and several balconies, according to the listing.

Listing images show the home is filled with colorful art, which includes large sculptural pieces as well as bold paintings. In the office, a sculptural art piece on the wall depicts a giant three-dimensional $500 bill, since discontinued, featuring President William McKinley. The art is not included in the sale of the apartment, according to the listing agent.
