The more than 1.4 million-square-foot industrial park is just north of the AllianceTexas development. Dallas’ Gruene Real Estate Partners and Weber & Co. built the huge industrial project, which is fully leased.Grocer H-E-B, which is expanding in North Texas, has leased one of the new buildings. The grocer is using the Haslet warehouse space as a holding facility for construction materials as part of its expansion activities in Dallas-Fort Worth.
