FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD. The aerial view of the 2.98-kilometer farm-to-market road in Barangay Gallano Aringay town in La Union. Tinaza said even the commuting time of residents of Barangay Gallano has also improved as the farm-to-market now facilitates safer access to health, education, and other government services.
