This is another failure by Nissan after the car certification issue. Things are going from bad to worse. Time for the owners (Renault) to put things in order and take control of those issues as it seems Nissan had too much freedom.
Don't agree to any modification of the Alliance in favour of Nissan. If Ghosn did all the things at Nissan he's accused of it's Nissan fault and not Renault's. This means the Renault must reinforce its control of Nissan. Remember who owns who and stop the tail wagging the dog

Huh? What happened to the company’s payment rules and procedures? What was audit doing? This is not just Ghosn failing. It is a systemic failing inside Nissan.
