Elon Consider employing Hyperloop into a way of combating forest fires,or emergency transport. Anything that produces CO2 especially.

It was never real in the first place

Certainly concerns from residents are important but this is one reason we are falling behind. Constant and never ending litigation. It seems impossible to build something big and new here.
