The nine-story hotel includes eight stories of guest rooms for employees to stay at when visiting American's headquarters campus for training and business meetings and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom for hosting events such as"State of the Airline."
All American employees will have access to"core facilities" like meeting spaces, expanded dining options and sports courts. The complex includes courtyards to walk around and several new areas to play basketball, tennis, pickleball and volleyball. The entirety of American's headquarters spans five buildings. Construction on the new buildings at the master-planned headquarters first began in 2017.
