A three-story lab building catering to scientists could be coming to San Francisco's Dogpatch.
The building is envisioned to rise to three stories above ground with one below-ground level. The estimated cost is $40 million. "We haven't abandoned it — but it's such a large project and the lab market in San Francisco, while it's beginning to get some lag, we felt like maybe it was a little too soon, a little premature," said Mollard.
