JSE-listed Murray & Roberts has entered into an agreement to sell its 50% shareholding in the Bombela Concession Company , the operator of the Gautrain, for R1.386 billion. The multinational specialist engineering and contracting group has entered into a sale and disposal agreement with Netherlands-based Intertoll International Holdings BV.
