More than 6,500 Californians who took out student loans from LA-based Premier Student Loan Center are eligible to get some money back amid a lawsuit.More than 6,500 Californians who took out student loans will be getting some of their money back.

City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto's office, under former City Attorney Mike Feuer, sued Premier. The states of Minnesota and North Carolina joined in the lawsuit.
