Before the move, Griffin and Orbin were former co-leads of a five-person team at Cushman & Wakefield, and in the last three years, closed more than 17 million square feet in industrial leases.
Griffin and Orbin, who are both alumni of The University of Texas at Austin, bring a track record of success that includes work with clients such as Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, J.C. Penny, Hillwood, Crow Holdings, Goldman Sachs and Invesco, among others. Before joining Cushman Wakefield in 2017, Orbin and Griffin served as executive vice presidents at JLL, where they helped establish JLL’s Industrial Agency Leasing team.
