Finance chiefs of the world’s largest economies have strongly condemned Moscow for its war on Ukraine – with only China and Russia declining to sign a joint statement following a meeting in India.
It comes as the EU agreed to impose more sanctions on Moscow. The Kremlin in turn has cut oil supplies to Poland.
