The head of BT-SA has testified that IT group AYO shared inaccurate and confidential internal BT documents in its pre-listing statement before its shares started to trade on the JSE in late 2017. BT-SA managing director Bertrand Delport said the group found many examples of information in the PLS that had not been approved by BT-SA for release.
Delport was giving evidence in the Public Investment Corporation's civil case to claw back the R4.3 billion it invested in AYO in late 2017.
