The Multicultural Small Business Lab will conclude on June 21 with a pitch competition and opportunity to win grants from $2000 to $6,000. And those prize amounts will likely increase. Registration ends April 18.

at Strawberry Square in Harrisburg to announce plans for the second Capital Region Multicultural Small Business Lab.

The seven-week program will focus on business planning, establishing credit, accessing capital, marketing, branding and networking. Entrepreneurs interested in participating in the program must complete an online application no later than April 18 and meet the following eligibility requirements:Annual business revenue of $350,000 or lessTo apply for the Capital Region Multicultural Small Business Lab, potential applicants can go toLast year, M&T Bank said they didn’t know if they would be able to fill the 40 spots for the program. They ended up receiving well over 40 applications.
