The way Jeff Olin sees it, the Irish market is the greatest play globally right now for rental housing investors, but the country’s biggest landlord is failing to make the most of it.
Olin, president and chief executive portfolio manager at the Toronto-based Vision Capital, told the Business Post “our blood is supply and demand” and Ireland “is the best supply and demand situation in apartments globally”.
