Texas Instruments Inc. shares declined in the extended session Tuesday after the chip maker’s cautious outlook overshadowed its earnings beat.
Texas Instruments TXN shares declined 2% after hours, following a 3.7% decline to close the regular session at $169.39. Revenue fell to $4.38 billion from $4.91 billion in the year-ago quarter given “weakness across our end markets with the exception of automotive, as expected.”
