U.S. stock indexes opened mostly higher after Nvidia gave stronger-than-expected revenue forecast for its fiscal second quarter, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average was off 55 points, or 0.2%, to 32,744:

The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -0.20% was off 55 points, or 0.2%, to 32,744, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.53% advanced 0.7%.
