Government already owns PLUS. Why bother about other highways? Start with PLUS if you are serious.

DO NOT take over highways. guanenglim you are going about the wrong way. At the end we suffer. Identify profitable concession holders and CUT toll rates substantially... like what you did you UTAR funds Start with UEM who owns North South Highway and GAMUDA who owns KESAS
