The Davao City Business Bureau Office reported an increase in the number of applicants for business permits in the city.
Paguican also told the Madayaw Program over the city-owned Davao City Disaster Radio on Tuesday, that as of September 25, they have successfully issued 44,223 business permits. Inspections of business establishments have also become more high-tech as the office currently has three devices used for real-time documentation.
Paguican said that they are continually working on improving the streamlining of the process for the registration of business as it is their goal to make Davao City the pioneer in the ease of doing business.
