Asian stocks slide tracking US tech rout, Nikkei down 2%

Investing.com-- Most Asian stocks fell sharply on Thursday with regional technology stocks tracking overnight declines in their U.S. peers, while a spike in bond yields and uncertainty over Japanese monetary policy saw the Nikkei lead losses.on Wednesday as a spike in Treasury yields saw investors largely look past strong earnings from Meta Platforms Inc was among the few bright spots in Australian markets, rallying 43% after the firm said it had accepted an A$1.
