Kota Kinabalu: Montfort Youth Training Centre not only equips its trainees to enter the State’s workforce but also helps discover talents needed in various industries.
Its Chairman, Tan Sri Bernard Giluk Dompok, said MYTC’s main objective is to equip these youths with adequate technical skills training and good character for employment in the future. Trainees grow to require not just a skill, but also the ability to conduct themselves in a professional working environment and manage their finances effectively,” he said when met at Montfort’s 23rd Graduation Ceremony at its Residential Campus in Kinarut, last Friday.
MYTC offers two years of Technical Vocational Education and Training skills across four courses – Motor Mechanics, Welding, Facilities Maintenance and Carpentry, and Oil Palm Plantation Conductorship programme.
